Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between remote hands and smart hands?

Remote hands are simple tasks by instruction, such as a reboot or plugging in a cable. Smart hands are tasks that need expertise, such as diagnosis or replacing parts. We do both, with the same technicians.

Where do you work?

In data centers in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main area, including Kelsterbach, Rüsselsheim and Mörfelden. Across Europe on request.

How quickly can you be on site?

Often the next business day. We only commit when we can keep it.

How do I book an engagement?

Via the request form, by e-mail to info@tut-it.de or by phone. You name the data center, the task and the time window, and we confirm bindingly.

Do you also work in colocation data centers?

Yes. You register the technician with the operator, and we follow the house rules and processes on site.

What do you need from us?

Address, task or ticket, the time window and the technician's registration at the data center.

At night or on weekends too?

By arrangement, for example for planned maintenance windows.
