How a relocation works

Device list with serial numbers and rack positions, plan for the new location and the time window.
2Removal
Shutdown according to your plan, cables and devices labeled, servers removed and packed safely.
3Transport and installation
Transport by us or a partner, then mounting, power and data according to plan.
4Check and report
Every device is checked against the list, the report shows the old and new position.

Do you transport the servers yourselves?
Yes, or through a partner, depending on volume and distance. Either way you have one contact person.
How long are the systems down?
That depends on volume and distance. We plan the move to keep the downtime short and work at night or on weekends by arrangement.
Do you also migrate data or software?
No, we handle the physical move of the hardware. Your IT team takes care of data migration and starting the services, and we coordinate with them.
How are the devices insured?
Tut IT has business liability insurance; we send the certificate on request. Insurance for the transport is settled in the quote.
What do we get after the move?
A list of all devices with old and new position, serial number and open items, also as CSV, plus photos before and after.
